Your Impactful Contributions You will have the autonomy to develop and implement strategies that elevate talent acquisition:

• Spearhead full-cycle recruiting, from strategic intake meetings through seamless onboarding.

• Develop innovative, data-driven sourcing solutions for critical supervisory and management roles in IT, Engineering, Production, and Quality.

• Champion EEO and diversity initiatives, meticulously tracking essential candidate data to foster an inclusive environment.

• Cultivate meaningful relationships with universities, industry organizations, and professional networks to build robust talent pipelines.

• Optimize the interview process, ensuring great candidate and hiring manager experiences while proactively providing input on process improvements.

Essential Qualifications for Success

• Minimum of 5 years of corporate-level recruiting experience.

• Proven expertise in recruiting supervisory/management-level professionals specifically within IT, Engineering, Production, or Quality.

• Demonstrated track record in high-volume technical or operational exempt-level recruiting.

• Proficiency in utilizing multiple sourcing channels and maintaining a broad professional network.

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
