Industrial Embroiderer

Are you an experienced Embroiderer who thrives in a fast paced environment and friendly environment? We are looking for hard-working people to join our team in Lexington, KY. Responsibilities

Select proper thread, hoops, designs, and materials for each project

• Understand each project’s specific and custom needs
• Prepare the machines and supervise the embroidery process
• Promote continuous process improvement with an emphasis on LEAN initiatives
• Understand technical or scientific product details
• Update work order data and completions in the company systems
• Meet production deadlines including incorporating rush orders in the production schedule
• Prepare and verify items to be embroidered & Hand finish all embroidery products
• Maintain a thorough understanding of product catalogs, variations, and decorative processes
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including daily trash disposal
• Communicate with team members to work in the best and most efficient manner possible.

The essential functions of this role include:

• manual lifting up to 20lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
