Digital Data Analyst

Seeking a driven Digital Engagement Analyst for a contract position who will manage in-app engagement experiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and optimize customer engagement initiatives while working onsite. Key responsibilities Build, test, deploy, and optimize in-app campaigns using the Airship Engagement Platform Develop personalized engagement journeys to enhance onboarding, feature adoption, and customer education Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for future engagement strategies based on insights and results Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience 1-3 years of experience with digital engagement or marketing technology platforms Experience with customer engagement platforms such as Airship, Braze, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Strong writing skills and experience in content development for in-app messaging Familiarity with A/B testing and customer journey optimization strategies
