The Role The Analytics organization is chartered with advancing data‑driven decision making across Acrisure. As a member of the team, you will lead the requirements gathering, design, implementation, and delivery of reporting and analytics capabilities for Customer Success and Digital Solutions. You will work across senior executive leadership, analysts, program management, and technical teams. Responsibilities Develop efficient and reliable reporting and analytics capabilities with a data‑as‑a‑product and customer‑first mindset. Advance user transition from legacy systems to future state data self‑service strategies. Design and maintain internal SDKs, dashboards, and reusable data libraries that enable stakeholders to access curated datasets. Champion developer‑experience by gathering feedback from SDK consumers, iterating interfaces, and providing documentation and onboarding resources. Leverage AI‑assisted development tools to accelerate SDK, dashboards, and analytics via Palantir. Create visualizations that reveal insights and support actionable recommendations. Identify, adopt, and evangelize best practices and technical standards for data analysis. Advocate for creative implementations that optimize business impact. Empower others to grow their understanding of data complexity through knowledge sharing. Help identify better practices, tools, and trends that improve data quality. Qualifications 5+ years of industry experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Professional in finance and accounting functions. Passion for building remarkable data products. Data storytelling skills and deep experience building visualizations with Tableau and PowerBI. Strong understanding of data models, structures, theories, and best practices. Proficiency in gathering requirements, translating processes to data, and defining KPIs. Experience with AI, SQL, Python, dbt, BigQuery, Git, Palantir, and data modeling. Experience with agile project execution and tools such as Jira and ServiceNow. Excellent communication, leadership, and complex problem‑solving skills. Ability to understand business purposes behind requests. Creative problem solving in the face of data challenges. Flexibility to multitask in a fast‑paced environment with a positive attitude. Strong teamwork, solution‑centric, and customer‑service orientation. Empathy, kindness, positive attitude, and self‑awareness. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
