Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Respiratory Unit experience with 12 months worked in the last 3 years.

• Travel experience is required.

• Experience with Cerner is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

Required Skills/Experience: Must have travel experience and 2-5 years’ experience in critical care, with experience in Respiratory Therapy Driven Protocols.

Special Requests: Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months. Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility.

Unit Details: Covers ICU and med-surg/tele areas. Common diagnoses/patient population include COPD, asthma, pneumonia, and CHF. Common duties include breathing treatments, ABGs, EKGs, NIV, HFNC therapy, IPV, and PEP/PAP therapy. Uses GE telemetry and Hamilton, G5, C1, MR1, and Galileo ventilators. Facility is strictly protocol driven.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. Expect to work most holidays.

Floating Requirements: First to float. Floats to all areas except NICU.

Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 12 months
