The Opportunity: We're looking for driven, commission-only salespeople to join our mission of transforming customer support. Your role will be to pitch NovaVoca's AI phone agents to small businesses and call centers, targeting industries like retail, real estate, and hospitality. You'll generate leads, conduct outreach via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn, book demos, and close deals. Commission Structure: Earn 20% commission per deal: $28 per $140/month subscription, with residuals for as long as the client stays subscribed.

For high-usage clients (10,000 minutes/month), subscriptions can reach $1,000/month, earning you $200/deal.

Close 10+ deals/month to earn $280 in commissions + a $500 bonus, totaling $780/month.

Build a portfolio of clients for passive income over time through recurring residuals.

Support Provided: Comprehensive training, including pitch scripts, email templates, and demo videos.

Access to CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) for lead tracking and pipeline management.

Ongoing support to help you succeed in closing deals.

Requirements: Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, customer service, or SMB sales.

Strong skills in cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn networking.

Self-motivated and comfortable with a commission-only structure.
