Clinical Nurse - Cardiac Care

This is a full-time nursing position involving 3-12 hour shifts, primarily during the day, with benefits commencing after the first month. The role focuses on providing direct patient care within a specialized, fast-paced cardiac care unit, emphasizing patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: Deliver patient-centered care by assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions. Educate patients and families on managing illnesses, medications, and post-treatment care. Develop and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients. Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences and cultural factors. Participate in professional development and quality improvement activities. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum Education: Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Licensure: Valid RN license required. Experience: No experience required; 2+ years preferred. Skills: Critical thinking, effective communication, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards.
