Role Overview Risas Dental and Braces is seeking a patient-focused Orthodontist (DDS/DMD) to provide high-quality orthodontic care in a high-volume, production-driven environment. This role is designed for efficiency and earning potential, with strong new patient flow and incentives tied to starts and case completion.
Orthodontists in this role manage a minimum of 85 patients per day , supported by experienced teams and streamlined workflows.

What You’ll Do Diagnose and treat orthodontic cases (braces and aligners)
Manage high-volume patient flow efficiently (85+ patients per day)
Drive case starts and optimize treatment timelines
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans
Collaborate with General Dentists and clinical teams
What We’re Looking For DDS or DMD with completion of an Orthodontic residency program
Active state dental license (or ability to obtain)
Experience in high-volume orthodontic environments preferred
Strong clinical efficiency and time management skills
Patient-focused communication and treatment planning
Schedule & Locations Full-time equivalent: 10–16 clinical days per month
