What Youll Handle

• a balanced mix ofpre-suit and litigation
• Case types include:MVA, premises liability, wrongful death, product liability, and trucking/commercial cases

What Youll Do

• Drive pre-suit negotiations and litigation strategy
• Draft demands, pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Take and defend depositions and prepare witnesses
• Attend mediations, hearings, and case conferences
• Communicate with clients clearly and compassionately
• Conduct jury focus groups to build trial strategy

Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar license in good standing
• 2+ years experience preferred(PI, civil litigation, or insurance defense)
• Strong writing, organization, and client-facing communication skills
• Filevine familiarity is a plus (we can train)
