Job Description:

Supports Funlab Management team with all the recruiting logistics for gaming Toy App usability research projects (Virtual on-site 3rd party venues -schools camps) focus groups shop-alongs at retail/ecommerce in-home testing etc.). Specific recruiting responsibilities: database entry management screening interviewing scheduling successful placements via telephone to participate in upcoming observations TECH Checks for virtual research projects and confirming attendance 24 hours in advance of research project.

Tech checks are done prior to VIRTUAL session (typically a day or two before) through Teams to ensure the respondent is ready for the Live Virtual session. We ensure respondent can log in via TEAMS ensure audio and video are working on mobile device/computer check internet connectivity and answer any questions respondent may have about the live session. Set up streaming and manages virtual background TEAMS conversations w/teams.

Supports Senior Manager with proactively assisting with responsibilities associated with executing successful on-site Funlabs research:
a. Recruiting for sessions
b. Full Operative of Video Equipment during research sessions with a critical eye for building an accurate story of learnings
c. Set up streaming and manages virtual background TEAMS conversations w/teams
d. Meet and greets respondents collects NDAs provides incentives
e. Participates in conference calls and/or pre-brief mtgs with Funlab Management the brand teams moderator to review Key learning objectives stimuli and roles and responsibilities for the sessions.
f. Assist with moderating a learning station when additional moderators are necessary
g. Participate in debriefs and send write ups of sections moderated to Lead Moderator to be included in final report.

Supports Senior Manager with Funlabs ON THE GO program when needed that has been streamlined to accommodate observational research requests within 24 hours.
a. Conducts pre-brief calls with teams prior to visit to obtain key learning objectives and provide direction on the optimal observational research approach
b. Conducts baseline observational research sessions at the after school programs Early Learning Centers YMCA. Films and documents key learnings and deliver actionable research reports to brand teams that bring the same level of quality insights as in an AHA Summary to optimize final product design features

Handling multiple projects at one time with samplings of over 20 respondents needed for most projects

TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Familiar with DATABASE software programming (specific to ***) Tech Checks for Virtual Research Managing backroom Chats on TEAMS Video and Streaming skills
Transcribing survey data into digestible informative nuggets for the moderator to analyze and incorporate into research learnings
Support Funlab Database Management- we have 92000 people in our database that need to be updated.
a. Building the Database- Phone emails and text communication with prospective families wanting to join our play testing programs (virtually)entering and connecting with families who have recently provided us information at recent events.

Support facilitation/KNOWS how to work with children and build rapport with parents facilitates base line observations supports Gaming & Fashion Brand Sessions survey analysis partners with OTG Research etc.
FRONT of the HOUSE PERSON for On-Site testing- first person respondents SEE Meets/Greets collects Waivers distributes incentives while simultaneously filming sessions
Virtual BACKROOM support for Moderator- managing and answering questions being asked of team members observing virtually.
Shipping: inputting addresses printing labels assembling boxes adhering shipping labels then packing the boxes and tracking packages ensuring they are arriving to participants homes in a timely fashion.
