Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.They offer great benefits - Medical - Dental - Vision - Pension offer - $2.05/hr. and fantastic benefits. The pension is vested once you work there for 5 years. - 2 raises every year. One annually and one every August - The raises are anywhere from $.40 - $.60. They are having a union negotiation later this year to hopefully increase the raises. - They are offering up to 10 hours of OT during the Mon-Fri Week. At times they are offer OT on Saturday and Sunday.
