Blow Molding Production Supervisor — Lean & Safety Focus
MAUSER
Mauser is seeking a Production Supervisor in Mansfield, Texas to oversee daily operations in the Blow Molding department. The successful candidate will ensure efficient production while maintaining product quality and safety compliance. Key responsibilities include leadership and training of staff, coordination with other departments, and monitoring performance metrics. A Bachelor's degree in engineering or operations management, along with at least 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, are required.
