Travel Occupational Therapist Opportunity

Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily skills while exploring a new location in Indio, CA. This opportunity is in an outpatient setting and supports a collaborative rehab team focused on patient-centered functional outcomes.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active California Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient rehabilitation required. Client prefers candidates with experience treating spine and sports-related conditions.
• Demonstrated competency in evaluating and treating activities of daily living, upper-extremity interventions, splinting, and therapeutic exercise.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.
• Advanced certification in hand therapy or specialty continuing education in spine/sports preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift pattern: 5x8, Days.
