Votre mission En tant que Senior Product Manager, vous êtes le trait d'union entre le métier, les utilisateurs et nos équipes de développement. Vous pilotez un produit complexe (ou plusieurs), vous coachez les Product Owners côté client, et vous portez une approche centrée utilisateur, pilotée par la donnée et résolument Agile.
Ce que vous ferez concrètement
✔️ Définir et faire vivre la roadmap et les artefacts produit
✔️ Prendre et communiquer des décisions produit appuyées par la donnée et la recherche
✔️ Animer des sessions de discovery (idéation, expérimentation, recherche) avec les Designers & Business Analysts
✔️ Challenger les métriques, le feedback client et le scope creep
✔️ Gérer un backlog sur Jira / Azure DevOps
✔️ Mentorer et faire monter en compétence l'équipe Solutions
Ce que nous recherchons
Une expérience confirmée en IA — prérequis indispensable, ne postulez que si vous avez travaillé sur ce type de sujets
️ Un profil bilingue anglais / français (oral et écrit) — indispensable dans un environnement client international
Une solide culture Agile, orientée données et utilisateurs
Un excellent relationnel et de l'aisance en contexte client exigeant
