Shipping Associate – $18-$20/Hour | Full-Time | Day Shift | Stanchfield, MN Shipping & Receiving | Weekly Pay Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for Shipping Associate openings in Stanchfield, MN . This is a great opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Pay & Schedule

Hourly Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire
Location: Stanchfield, MN

Key Responsibilities

Process customer orders for shipment using shipping software and carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and other freight services.
Schedule shipments and coordinate outgoing deliveries.
Inspect products for quality and accuracy before shipment.
Package, box, and prepare products for safe transportation.
Palletize finished goods and stage shipments for pickup.
Perform deburring and light finishing work on manufactured parts as needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience with Bills of Lading (BOLs), Speedy, UPS, FedEx, or other shipping platforms.
Shipping and receiving experience required.
Warehouse experience preferred.
Basic computer skills and ability to accurately process shipping documentation.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods.
Frequent bending, reaching, and movement throughout the shift.
Ability to lift and move materials as required.
