Conducts liability and root cause investigations on identified claims. Assists in determination of resolution of claim. This is an individual contributor position and does not manage people.Key Performance IndicatorsLife-cyle of ClaimReduction in total claim spendReduction in total claims openedReduction of Litigated ClaimsPrincipal Duties and ResponsibilitiesHandle termite damage claims (review and determine course of action on each claim assigned for supporting final disposition of a loss)Work directly with internal and external customers to develop evidence and establish facts on assigned claimsDetermine root cause, remedial treatment requirements and proper scope of damage repairs efforts to resolve timely.Conduct thorough investigations and keep accurate , relevant documentation of activity to build knowledge databaseOrganize, plan and prioritize work activities to track and stay current with claim assignments and to ensure prompt conclusion of lifecycle of claim.Support BU and Field through branch visits to conduct training, claims investigations and resolution.Monitor and ensure that the Terminix Contractor Network is appropriately maintained to ensure contractor compliance and quality review for best customer relationships.CANDIDATE SUMMARYRequired Experience5+ years experience in handling/processing termite damage claimsExperience with relationship buildingResults oriented in fast pace environmentDemonstrated advanced problem solving skillsExcellent influencing and negotiation skillsDetail oriented/analyticalRequired Leadership Traits and CharacteristicsExcellent communication skills both written and verbalAdvanced time management skillsSound judgement and acts decisivelyValue ethics and integrityCoaching SkillsFormal Education, Qualifications or TrainingBachelor’s degree, preferredLicenses/certifications as requiredCompensationRange $70,700 - $92,000 / yearWhile starting pay falls within the given range, it can vary based on factors like geographic location, skills, education, and experience.
