Local CDL Route Delivery Driver

We are seeking an experienced CDL driver as part of our CDL driving team. You will interact with customers daily to manually unload and deliver pre‑sold products from our Distribution Center to their account locations in a safe and efficient manner. Schedule: Tuesday–Friday 5am – finish (four‑day work week). Pay: $23/hour with CDL‑B; $24/hour with CDL‑A. Full benefits begin within 30 days of being hired. Job Responsibilities Operate a vehicle and deliver assigned orders of wine, spirits, beer and other beverages to accounts safely and responsibly while complying with federal mandated laws. Maintain good relations with retail customers, provide customer service by listening and resolving customer concerns, and keep information confidential. Collect payment from customers and reconcile the assigned load with receipts and delivery invoice. Record sales by completing daily sales and delivery records. Return empty containers and rejected or unsold merchandise by making appropriate collections from customers. Handle required paperwork for liquor laws; invoices must be signed when the product is dropped off. Ensure company and personal compliance with all applicable federal mandated laws and requirements for a DOT driver. Maintain records by completing DOT driver log and performing safe duties according to established safety rules. Maintain and inspect the delivery truck before and after use, complete maintenance requests, and keep the vehicle clean and safe. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed; other duties assigned by supervisor may also be required. Minimum Qualifications Valid driver’s license, CDL Class A or B. Minimum of 1 year of related experience. Good communication skills and high levels of professionalism. Ability to multi‑task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail, and meet deadlines. Sound judgment and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work in fast‑paced high‑volume team environment. Preferred Qualifications Bi‑lingual a plus, but not required. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone. Regularly lift 45–65 lbs. Regularly bend and squat.
