Talent Acquisition Sourcing Consultant

Support talent acquisition by proactively sourcing and screening healthcare candidates, building pipeline strength, and partnering with recruiters and hiring managers. Responsibilities Use multiple sourcing methods including online job boards , social media platforms , professional networks , and targeted direct outreach to identify and engage healthcare candidates Screen and evaluate candidates to confirm qualifications, experience, and skills align with requirements for specific healthcare roles Build and maintain a healthcare talent pipeline through ongoing sourcing and candidate nurturing for current and future hiring needs Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and design sourcing strategies aligned with organizational goals Stay current on industry trends , competitive landscape, and market intelligence to support attraction and retention efforts Strengthen employer brand by sharing the organization’s culture, mission, and opportunities with prospective candidates Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system and other recruiting tools, following data protection and privacy regulations Develop and nurture relationships with candidates to expand a talent network that supports future recruiting Produce recurring reporting on key metrics, including sourcing activity, candidate pipeline status, and recruitment outcomes, with recommendations for process improvement Requirements 1 year of experience in recruitment Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or relevant experience in lieu of degree equivalent to 4 years Preferred Qualifications Experience in healthcare talent sourcing is highly preferred Demonstrated success developing and managing candidate nurturing campaigns Proven ability to engage passive candidates through cold calling and proactive outreach Experience using market intelligence, research, and specialized sourcing methods to identify candidates for hard-to-fill roles Tools & Technologies Applicant tracking system Online job boards Social media platforms Professional networks Remote Eligibility Eligible for remote work for candidates residing in: DC, DE, FL, GA, MD, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WV Required Travel Quarterly on-site visits (Northern Virginia) #J-18808-Ljbffr Inova Health System
