Benefits 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance Bonus opportunities Salary $25 - $55 per hour Duties / Responsibilities Perform equipment repairs and maintenance on HVAC/R systems Install new heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC/R systems Maintain and repair plumbing components related to HVAC/R systems Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards Collaborate with team members to design and implement efficient HVAC/R solutions Provide field service support to clients Conduct regular inspections of HVAC/R systems to identify potential problems Qualifications / Experience Proven experience in HVAC/R installation, maintenance, and repair (2+ years) Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC/R systems Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Proficient in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with HVAC/R systems Experience in field service work is preferred Familiarity with air conditioning systems is a plus Equal Opportunity Employer Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
