This, in turn, creates a lasting impact on the world around us.Job DescriptionOlsson provides multidisciplinary design services for mixed-use, commercial, and residential land development projects, along with industrial, sports, schools, and other site development types. As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will provide overall technical support to the team and act as an advisor on complex projects. The Senior Engineer may serve as a project manager and may mentor staff.Primary Responsibilities:Serve as lead engineer on complex projects and provide high-level technical engineering design.Elevates the level of technical expertise through technical design mentoring and training.Leads the effort for putting together technical resources.May supervise professionals and technical staff.Reviews contracts with support of administration.Promotes efficiencies in producing quality work.Maintains quality control and adequately checks plans.QualificationsYou are passionate about:Working collaboratively with others.Having ownership in the work you do.Using your talents to positively affect communities.You bring to the team:Strong communication skills.Ability to contribute and work well with a team.Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.Bachelor’s degree in engineering.8 or more years of engineering experience.#LI-DNPActual compensation will vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, geographic location, skills, education, and internal equity.Colorado Pay Range$117,000—$162,000 USDAdditional InformationOlsson specializes in engineering and design, client advisory services, planning, field services, and environmental.
