Greenleaf Development is seeking a motivated and skilled General Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and wants to grow alongside an established real estate development and property management company.

As a General Maintenance Technician, you'll work across our residential and commercial properties performing repairs, renovations, and preventative maintenance. Every day brings something different, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys problem-solving and working with their hands.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair work on residential and commercial properties
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, heating, electrical, and mechanical issues
• Install, patch, tape, mud, sand, and finish drywall
• Complete painting, trim, flooring, and finish carpentry projects
• Repair and replace fixtures, doors, locks, windows, and hardware
• Perform preventative maintenance on building systems
• Troubleshoot HVAC and heating issues (experience preferred)
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Work closely with the property management and construction teams to complete projects efficiently
