Senior Assistant Store Manager

Compensation Hourly rate ranges from $18.00 to $18.25 and is dependent upon qualifications and experience. Responsibilities The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage as well as all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures. This position will work up to 38 hours per week. Qualifications Minimum age requirement: 18 years old. Prior retail and/or management experience required. Physical ability to stand, walk, climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds for in excess of 8 hours per shift.
