Director of Tax — Global REIT & Compliance Strategy (Dallas)

CyrusOne is seeking a Director, Tax to join their team in Dallas, Texas. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all Corporate and Partnership Tax compliance, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of filings. You will manage both domestic and foreign income tax teams and lead significant audits and tax research efforts.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 10 years of experience preferably with REITs, a strong understanding of relevant tax regulations, and excellent communication skills. This role requires collaboration with tax authorities and external advisors, making strong negotiation skills crucial.
