Registered Nurse - Cardiac Cath Lab/EP

Job Summary:

Seeking a highly skilled registered nurse for a Cath Lab/EP position providing expert patient care during cardiovascular procedures. This role involves working days with a focus on electrophysiology and catheterization lab support.

Responsibilities:

• Perform patient assessments and prepare patients for cardiovascular procedures.
• Assist physicians during cardiac catheterizations and electrophysiology procedures.
• Monitor patient vitals and respond to any intra-procedure changes.
• Administer medications and manage patient sedation as directed.
• Document procedures accurately and maintain detailed patient records.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure compliance with licensing requirements.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in good standing, with an active OK or Compact licensure.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab or EP setting.
• Possess BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications, maintained and presented at submission.
• Ability to work 4x10 hour shifts, including weekends, holidays, and call hours.
• Demonstrate proficiency in cardiac procedures and patient monitoring.
• Experience with EP procedures and catheterization lab processes is a plus.
