• Eaglesoft
• Licensed dental hygienist

Professional Credentials: Must possess a valid Registered Dental Hygiene License.
Software Savvy: Proficiency in dental office software (Eaglesoft experience is a significant plus).
Experience: Prior experience in a dental clinic or office setting, with a proven ability to work effectively in a team-centric, energetic environment.
Communication: Exceptional active listening and compassionate communication skills to provide a comforting patient experience.
Location: Must be able to commute to our office located at 1840 East Main Street, Onalaska, WI.

Job Description

Preventive Excellence: Deliver meticulous dental cleanings, including expert scaling and polishing to ensure patients leave with a healthy, plaque-free smile.
Diagnostic Accuracy: Capture and interpret vital signs and medical imaging to provide a comprehensive assessment of patient health before any procedure.
Patient Empowerment: Act as a health educator by guiding patients through proper oral hygiene techniques, preventive strategies, and clear treatment options.
Digital Integration: Utilize Eaglesoft dental software to manage patient records, streamline scheduling, and maintain precise documentation.
Clinical Support: Provide efficient chairside hygiene support within a fast-paced general dentistry environment, ensuring high-quality service at every turn.
