Associate Technician- Equipment Operator - Reach Truck/Cherry Picker

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics seeks an Associate Technician to support shipping, receiving, and distribution operations at its Hebron, Kentucky facility. The role involves managing product flow, inventory control, and operation of powered industrial equipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Receive, store, pick, and pack products for shipment
- Inspect materials for accuracy of quantity, lot number, expiration date, and part number
- Complete and verify order documentation and reconcile inventory
- Operate powered industrial equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, and cherry pickers
- Support continuous improvement initiatives such as lean and quality projects
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong attention to detail and safety focus
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in teams
- Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shifts
- Willingness to work overtime and across departments
