Position Summary The Data Management Specialist plays a key role in maintaining accurate customer account information while supporting both internal teams and external clients. This position is responsible for entering and updating subscriber data, assisting with account setup, and providing customer support related to account management systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to navigate complex systems, and a commitment to delivering a high level of service. The Data Management Specialist serves as a reliable resource for customers by answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring account information is accurate and up to date.
