About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Operations Service Delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for the direction and management of operational activities across multiple locations, ensuring the effective implementation of strategic objectives and policies in line with the company's plans. This role involves leading and managing staff, participating in the development of operating plans, and championing process improvements to enhance service and reduce risks and expenses. The AVP will also be tasked with engaging and influencing leaders to improve end-to-end processes, managing expenses, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Applicants must have in-depth technical knowledge of insurance operations, billing and collections, and a working knowledge of underwriting, IT principles, and claims processing. The role requires strong leadership and management skills, the ability to drive results, and a deep understanding of the commercial insurance industry. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's preferred, and a minimum of 10 years of related work experience, including at least five years in a management role. The AVP should be adept at relationship management, have a proven track record of driving strategies, and be capable of implementing innovative solutions to achieve business growth.
