Billing Specialist

The Opportunity The HealthEZ Billing Specialist supports revenue cycle processes, monthly billing, and revenue reporting. The Billing Specialist will report directly to the Billing Manager. A successful candidate will possess a strong analytical skillset, the ability to work independently, and a high level of accuracy in all work. This position is located out of our Bloomington, MN headquarters. Hybrid work considered after successful training has occurred. What You Will Do Generate monthly customer invoices Calculate fees and verify data across systems Send invoices and supporting materials to the client as needed Respond to billing inquiries from customers and internal stakeholders Apply customer payments in the accounting system Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Associate Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field 2+ years' experience in Accounting, Finance or related job required Experience with NetSuite preferred Healthcare industry experience preferred Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment We make healthcare EZ! Target Hourly Rate Compensation Range for this role is $24-$27/hr Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary include your job specific skills, education, training, job location, number of years of experience related to this role and comparison to other employees already in this role.
