CWP Immunizing Pharmacist - Vaccination Initiative

Position Type: 3 months contract, possible extensions Location: Centralia WA 98531 Onsite Flexibility: Clinic position to work onsite Pay Range: $58.00-60.00 Schedule: Sunday-Saturday - 10am-7pm

Position Summary: Candidate questionnaire must be included on all submissions. In Store Registered Nurse - ALL Vaccines (Flu, MMR, Covid, etc) The Nurse RN role will work to administer vaccines (flu, covid, MMR etc). PPE is provided. We are looking for nurses who:

• Possess strong clinical skills including: medication administration, the ability and willingness to vaccinate patients, BLS (Basic Life Saving) certification
• Candidate MUST be flexible with work hours

Minimum Required Qualifications: Active RN License in the state or territory you are working in This individual must have excellent interpersonal skills. Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
