This is a part-time, hands-on, on-site position responsible for assembling award products with precision, ensuring quality standards are met, and supporting a smooth production process.What You Will DoAssemble trophies, plaques, and award products as part of a collaborative production teamSafely operate hand tools and power toolsPerform detailed quality checks to ensure every product meets our standardsPackage and prepare finished awards for pickup and shipmentMaintain a clean, safe, and organized workspaceContribute ideas to improve efficiency and workflow during our busy seasonAll other duties assigned by the Awards Production teamQualificationsKnowledge/Skills/AbilitiesComfortable using tools and working with your handsAbility to stand for extended periods and handle lifting/repetitive tasksStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityComfortable working in a deadline-driven environmentAbility to lift up to 50 lbsEducation/ExperiencePrevious assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not requiredPhysical RequirementsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time. Repetitive movement of the body is required on a regular basis. The position requires lifting of no less than 15-50 lbs. on a regular basis from floor to waist and must be able to climb a ladder occasionally.
