Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time general orthopaedic surgeon to join our expanding Orthopaedics Department. This role will involve practice locations throughout the Atlanta metropolitan area and nearby regions, including LaGrange, Georgia. The primary focus will be on assessing and managing both operative and non-operative musculoskeletal care, particularly in knee and hip joint replacements.

Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage musculoskeletal patient care needs.
• Perform both operative and non-operative procedures.
• Engage in educational opportunities for residents, fellows, and healthcare providers.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited orthopaedic residency.
• Board certified or board eligible in the relevant field.
• Fellowship training is preferred.

Compensation and appointment level will be aligned with the applicant's qualifications and experience. Stipends for residency or fellowship may be available. This position will report directly to the department chair.
