Compliance SpecialistThe Compliance Specialist supports providers and program operations. Responsibilities include maintaining provider records, reviewing provider profiles and contract-related documentation, monitoring compliance with program requirements, processing attendance and payment-related activities, and supporting providers through technical assistance and guidance. This position helps ensure compliance, accuracy, accountability, and effective service delivery in accordance with organizational policies, procedures, funding requirements, and contractual obligations. Success in this role requires attention to detail, professionalism, organization, customer service, problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a deadline-driven environment.Other Cost Accumulators (OCAs) identify the primary activities associated with this position to support accurate time allocation, expenditure tracking, and reporting.
