Mobile Home Park Looking for Full-Time Maintenance
We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to help maintain a mobile home community in Bellevue, Nebraska. This is a full-time position for someone who is comfortable handling a variety of general maintenance and repair work and takes pride in keeping a property clean, safe, and well maintained.
Responsibilities
Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the community
Handle plumbing, basic electrical, carpentry, and other routine repairs
Maintain common areas, grounds, roads, and community facilities
Complete repairs and maintenance on vacant and occupied homes as needed
Assist with preparing homes and lots for new residents
Respond to maintenance requests and help resolve issues promptly
Perform seasonal maintenance, including snow removal and grounds upkeep
Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized
Identify maintenance or safety concerns and report larger issues to management
Qualifications
General maintenance or handyman experience required
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and property repairs
Ability to work independently and manage daily maintenance priorities
Dependable, responsible, and able to communicate well with residents and management
Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, climbing ladders, working outdoors, and operating machinery and equipment
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Compensation & Benefits
$25.00 per hour
Full-time position
Two weeks paid time off (PTO)
Possible on-site housing
We are looking for someone who is reliable, takes initiative, and is interested in a long-term position helping us maintain a quality community.
