What You’ll Do

As an RN with Maxim, you’ll provide personalized, skilled nursing care in a home setting.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Delivering direct patient care (pediatric, adult, or geriatric cases available)
• Medication administration and treatments
• Trach/vent care, G-tube, or other skilled interventions (based on case)
• Monitoring patient status and coordinating with care teams
• Educating patients and families for long-term success

Available Case Types

We offer a wide variety of assignments across Philadelphia:

• Private duty homecare (adult & pediatric)
• School nursing opportunities
• Pediatric high- and low-acuity cases
• Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts

What to Expect

What You’ll Need

• Current RN or LPN license (Pennsylvania)
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum 6 months–1 year of nursing experience (preferred, varies by case)
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Reliable transportation (for home visits)
