Germantown, MD | Full-Time | $100,000+ Commission Potential

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

Meet with motivated homebuyers and guide them through the entire purchase process
Understand client needs and match them with the right properties
Maintain consistent communication and follow-up to convert leads into closings
Deliver a top-tier client experience that drives referrals and repeat business
Manage your pipeline using our CRM and scheduling systems
Host open houses using team-provided leads
Participate in weekly training and team meetings

Qualifications:

Active Real Estate License (Maryland)
