Land Acquisition & Development Analyst

AMH is seeking a Land Acquisition Analyst in Phoenix, AZ to support the land development team with underwriting, market research, and data analysis. You will prepare property-value analyses for raw land, review zoning, and coordinate ARB approvals with developers and HOAs. The role requires 2+ years in land acquisitions and 3+ years in financial or business analysis, with a valid driver’s license and strong Excel/CRM skills.
