Urology call coverage for Level II Trauma center and Hospital

BID DUE DATE: 09/16/26 3pm EST

Rates (if you are submitting rates different from the request below, please clear with AM)
• 24 hour call (to include 4 hours gratis)
• Callback

Tier 1: 24-Hour Call (4 Hours Gratis) $4,000; Callback $500 and below

Tier 2: 24-Hour Call (4 Hours Gratis) $4,001-$4,500; Callback $501- $550

Average Worked Callback Hours: 1- 2 hours

Nov 26 - Nov 30; 7a - 7a

Facility Location: Good Samaritan


Setting: Emergency Dept./Surgery

Duties: Cover Urology call - get handoff from Urologists if appropriate

Required Procedures: General Urology

EMR: EPIC

Support Staff: Surgery nurses and techs. on call


Reason for Coverage: previous locum scheduled cancelled stint

Deal breakers (do not present this): Not willing to learn EPIC

Travel Preferences:
