You will engage in regular team meetings through video conferencing and have direct access to electronic health records (EHR) systems that support case management, documentation, and collaborative care processes. Our operating hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, ensuring work-life balance in this critical field.

Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments utilizing structured interviews and standardized assessment tools to understand clients' mental health histories, strengths, and needs.

  • Deliver high-quality individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

  • Formulate and implement personalized treatment plans that include measurable goals, interventions, and regular progress evaluations to adapt to clients’ changing needs.

  • Engage in collaborative care by working closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive treatment strategies.

  • Offer timely crisis intervention and safety planning to clients facing acute mental health issues, ensuring immediate and effective support.

  • Facilitate therapeutic groups and psychoeducation classes that promote resilience, community, and support among diverse client populations.

  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in accordance with ethical, legal, and regulatory standards, enhancing continuity of care and quality assurance.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n
