We are expanding our team and seeking talented individuals to help drive industry-leading innovation, With Heart.About the RoleWe are seeking a Supply and Logistics Coordinator (Supply Sourcing Coordinator, Clinical Supply Coordinator) to join our team working remotely.As a Supply and Logistics Coordinator, you will provide tactical sourcing solutions for depots, investigational medicinal products, couriers, and ancillary supplies. You will analyze complex study requirements, advise internal customers, and coordinate sourcing activities that help ensure compliant products and services are available when clinical studies need them.You will join a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your work will support clinical study execution through supplier selection, sourcing, contracting, problem resolution, and supply planning. By building effective supplier relationships and improving sourcing processes, you will help teams respond to urgent study needs while maintaining quality, compliance, and service.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain close working relationships with internal customers and provide professional sourcing advice and assistance at all levels.Monitor the quality and efficiency of sourcing processes, pricing accuracy, purchase requests, approvals, and purchase orders.Conduct commodity research, supplier selection and evaluation, and requests for information, quotation, and proposals.Ensure products and services are obtained at budgeted prices and that ancillary materials and investigational products meet local import and export requirements.Coordinate the return of rental equipment and medical devices, manage returns and refunds, and liaise with suppliers to obtain credit documentation.Own and action sourcing help desk tickets, create and execute Statements of Work, and complete on-demand sourcing activities that support study needs.Analyze data and trends to support predictive bulk purchasing and trigger qualifications of new suppliers with Procurement when required.Anticipate sourcing challenges, take ownership through resolution, and work with suppliers to identify comparable compliant ancillary supplies.Obtain required supplier and manufacturer documentation for import and export activities.Take action on quality issues involving third-party suppliers and manage risk mitigation through resolution.Assist internal customers with sourcing questions and system challenges and mentor junior team members.Candidate ProfileYou'll thrive in this role if you bring:Strengths in sourcing, supplier coordination, analytical problem-solving, and project managementAn operational understanding of clinical studies, clinical supply chains, and sourcing and contracting principlesA client-focused approach with the ability to work with urgency and accountability in a changing environmentThe ability to collaborate across functions, work effectively in a matrix environment, and communicate across culturesStrong organization, time management, and attention to detail when managing multiple priorities and tight timelinesProficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new systems and processesA flexible, self-motivated, and professional approach to assignments and continued learningRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree, Master's degree, or equivalent in biology, pharmacy, another health-related discipline, international trade, business administration, or logistics, or relevant work experienceOperational understanding of clinical studies, related supply chain activities, sourcing, and contracting principlesKnowledge of Good Clinical Practice, Good Distribution Practice, and Good Practice requirementsStrong Microsoft Office knowledgeStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing study needsExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsAbility to prioritize work with tight timelines and significant urgency while maintaining attention to detail and first-time qualityPreferred Qualifications4 years of sourcing or procurement experience in a contract research organization or pharmaceutical environmentKnowledge of sourcing operations and supplier managementCross-functional business team experienceProcess and project management capabilitiesBenefits and CompensationHealth, Vision & Dental InsuranceTuition ReimbursementVacation/Holiday/Sick TimeFlexible Spending & Health Savings AccountsWork/Life Balance401(k) with Company matchPet InsuranceFor a complete list of benefits, please visit .We offer a comprehensive benefits package to eligible employees, which includes paid time off, a 401(k) match, life insurance, health insurance, and additional benefit offerings in accordance with the terms of our applicable plans.We believe in flexibility, growth, and creating space for people to do their best work.
