Join our dynamic Sales Enablement team, where you'll play a key role in equipping sellers with the tools, content, training, and programs they need to drive growth. This team partners across sales, marketing, product, and operations to improve seller readiness, accelerate execution, and support go-to-market priorities across the business.

You'll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to design and deliver enablement strategies that improve productivity, reinforce key initiatives, and help sellers confidently position FIS Banking and Payments solutions. Your expertise in sales enablement, communication, and program execution will be essential to driving adoption and measurable business impact.

What You'll Bring

• 5-8 years of experience in Sales Process or Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Learning & Development, Knowledge Management, Digital Experience Platforms, or Content Operations.
• Proven experience in sales enablement, sales training, product marketing, or a related commercial role.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, go-to-market strategy, and seller productivity drivers.
• Experience developing enablement programs, playbooks, training, and communications for sales teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across executive, technical, and non-technical audiences.
• Strong program management, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and feedback to improve program performance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work cross-functionally, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, payments, or banking is preferred.

• In-depth knowledge of sales enablement principles, adult learning approaches, and content development best practices.
• Experience using AI tools and capabilities to accelerate content development, program execution, and speed to market.
• Strong understanding of FIS products and services, the financial services industry, and the sales environment.
• Ability to translate business strategy and product priorities into effective enablement plans and seller-facing resources.
• Experience with learning platforms, content management tools, and enablement technologies.
• Excellent customer service skills that build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for audiences at all levels, including executives, managers, and individual contributors.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and align diverse stakeholders around shared goals and priorities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Ability to assess program effectiveness, identify improvement opportunities, and adapt strategies based on business needs.
• Resourceful, proactive, and collaborative, with a willingness to share knowledge and contribute to team success.
