We’re seeking an Insurance Sales Representative who is motivated to grow and ready to build a career in a team-driven environment. This role focuses on generating new business, assisting clients with coverage solutions, and developing the skills needed to succeed. You will work with warm leads, collaborate with leadership, and follow a structured development path that allows you to expand into additional product lines and responsibilities over time.

• Base pay ranging from $12 to $25 per hour based on experience
• Year-end total would range from $40,000-$50,000 with base salary, bonus opportunities, and performance incentives
• Paid on renewals for long-term income growth

Responsibilities

• Generate and write new business opportunities
• Assist in determining appropriate coverage solutions
• Perform basic underwriting and rating for new accounts
• Prospect and gather expiration dates from clients
• Meet assigned production and sales goals
• Continue developing product knowledge and skills

Requirements

• Property Casualty License is a plus, licensing assistance provided
• Strong drive to meet goals and performance metrics
• Self-motivated with strong productivity habits
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Team-oriented with openness to feedback
