Job Summary Our client, a leading airline provider, is seeking a Scrum Lead to join their team. This opportunity supports Agile and DevOps teams focused on delivering high-value software solutions through Scrum and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices. Key Details Contract Type: Contract Location: Fort Worth, TX 76155 Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week) Core Responsibilities Optimize the flow of value from idea generation through product release Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles, SAFe practices, and continuous improvement Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and promote team self-organization Identify, remove, or elevate impediments impacting team delivery Partner with Product Owners to maintain healthy product backlogs and improve product planning Foster transparency through information radiators, metrics, and Agile reporting Serve as an Agile coach and mentor, promoting best practices across cross-functional teams Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, SSM, or equivalent) 6+ years of experience working in Agile environments Experience working within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Proven experience coaching Agile methodologies across technical teams and stakeholders Strong understanding of Scrum, servant leadership, conflict resolution, and Agile best practices Experience collaborating with cross-functional Agile and DevOps teams Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves) Experience driving Agile adoption across enterprise organizations Demonstrated experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) Participation in large-scale Agile transformations Superior analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience mentoring Scrum teams and Product Owners Ability to identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement Key Competencies & Behaviors Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills Servant leadership mindset focused on coaching and team empowerment Strong facilitator with excellent communication abilities Adaptable and open to feedback and continuous learning Proactive problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset Work Environment Location: Fort Worth, TX Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week) Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $50.00 and $57.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
