MIG / FLUXCORE WELDING

IMMEDIATE INTERVIEW/HIRE

This position involves welding and fabricating structural steel parts for various buildings and bridges. This individual will be performing MIG, Stick, and Flux‑Core Welding techniques on a daily basis. Training and Certifications are available for qualified applicants.

Key Responsibilities

• Structural welding using MIG, stick, and flux core on plate and heavy steel.

• Follow Weld Procedure Specifications (WPS) and written instructions.

• Rigging support to move beams and large steel safely.

• Assist with fabrication tasks: fitting, tack welding, drilling, grinding.

• Read and interpret blueprints for weld placement and fabrication purposes

• Lift and maneuver up to 75 lbs regularly.

Work Environment

• Second‑shift opening: Mon–Fri, 3:00 p.m.–1:30 a.m., plus flexible Saturdays.

• 55–60 hours/week typical.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Souderton, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.88 - $24.17/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
