About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead one of its portfolio companies, a business specializing in commercial services. The successful candidate will be tasked with transforming the business and driving its scale, with a focus on improving branch-level operations, margins, and organic growth. This role requires the implementation of organization-wide KPIs, repeatable systems, and field/branch-level accountability, as well as the full integration of completed and future add-on acquisitions. Candidates for the CEO position should have a background in specialty commercial services, with experience as a top commercial leader in a multi-site services company or as a senior commercial leader within a larger enterprise. A well-rounded P&L experience, particularly with a depth of experience in sales, is essential. The role also requires a solid background in private equity and a proven track record in M&A, specifically in the area of integration. The ideal candidate will have a tenure of 15-25+ years, demonstrating progressive career success.
