Responsibilities Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service. A Shift Manager provides leadership to the crew and other managers during a shift, maintaining quality, service, and cleanliness. They plan shifts, monitor performance, enforce McDonald’s standards, oversee safety, security, profitability, and communicate effectively for smooth transitions. Shift Managers also meet targets and support departmental goals.
