Sr Regional Oncology Specialist - Seattle South

Abbott seeks a Senior Regional Oncology Specialist to drive sales and utilization of cancer diagnostics products across South Seattle to the Oregon border. The role involves field-based territory management, relationship building with healthcare providers, and advancing early cancer detection solutions through strategic account planning.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute territory management plans to maximize product utilization in targeted accounts
Conduct regular field-based sales calls and meetings with oncology providers and staff
Drive new account acquisition and expand depth within existing healthcare provider relationships
Maintain in-depth understanding of competition, disease states, and clinical/political territory issues
Collaborate with managed care, patient advocacy groups, and reimbursement teams on product access

Requirements

Proven sales experience with healthcare providers in oncology or diagnostics
In-depth knowledge of genomic testing, precision oncology, and cancer disease states
Strong clinical and scientific expertise applicable to cancer diagnostics
Territory management and strategic account planning experience
Ability to build relationships with national opinion leaders and key stakeholders
Understanding of managed care, reimbursement, and market access dynamics
