Leasing Specialist - Village at Mission Farms and Highlands Lodge

Community Information Community Name: Village at Mission Farms and Highlands Lodge Unit Count: 212 & 230 Schedule: Saturdays required. What You’ll Do Conduct in‑person tours with prospective residents, handling warm hand‑off for scheduled tours and keeping Funnel/Outlook calendar updated. Build rapport with prospective and current residents, address concerns, provide accurate policy information, and ensure a seamless transition from inquiry to move‑in, contributing to high resident satisfaction and positive NPS scores. Utilize property management software, digital marketing tools and leasing platforms to track leads, manage applications and maintain accurate records, leveraging technology to enhance workflow, monitor occupancy trends and support marketing strategies. Plan and facilitate resident events, coordinate outreach programs, and stay aware of resident needs and preferences to foster a welcoming and engaged community. Identify and resolve resident concerns, from maintenance issues to service inquiries, with a solution‑oriented approach, communicating clearly, following up promptly, and ensuring issues are fully resolved. Requirements High School diploma or GED required. 2+ years of customer service experience preferred. 1+ years of sales experience preferred. Effective communication skills over writing, phone and computer mediums. Proficiency with technology including computer software and iPad. Pass criminal background screening prior to employment. Valid driver’s license and up‑to‑date vehicle insurance, or reliable transportation required. Completion of a Wonderlic pre‑employment assessment for qualified candidates.
