Exercises common sense.SYSTEM INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONINGInstall, configure, and test robotic and automated systems based on engineering specifications.Provide on-site support for equipment installation and commissioning at customer facilities.SYSTEM SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCEPerform preventative maintenance and repairs on robotic equipment and control systems.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to robotics, PLCs, and system integration.PROGRAMMING AND OPTIMIZATIONAssist in programming, calibration, and optimization of robotic systems.DOCUMENTATION, SAFETY, AND COLLABORATIONDocument work performed, including maintenance logs, troubleshooting steps, and updates to schematics.Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to company and industry safety standards.Collaborate with engineers and project managers to support automation projectimplementation.SKILLS AND COMPETENCIESStrong technical knowledge of industrial robotics and automation systemsProficiency with PLCs, HMIs, and robotic programming interfaces (e.g., Fanuc, ABB, Yaskawa)Proficiency in programming industrial vision systems (FANUC, Cognex, Keyence, etc.)Mechanical aptitude and understanding of pneumatic and electrical systemsProblem-solving and analytical thinking for troubleshooting automation issuesAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manualsEffective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teamsAttention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standardsTime management and organizational skills for handling multiple projectsQUALIFICATIONS2+ years of hands-on experience with robotic systems in a manufacturing or automation environmentExperience with robotic integration, troubleshooting, and maintenanceFamiliarity with risk assessments, safety protocols, and industrial standardsValid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer sites as neededTRAVEL REQUIREMENTSUp to 40%The posted salary range represents an estimate for this role.
