Our Distribution Center is looking for dynamic and motivated warehouse associates to join our team. This is a fantastic chance to work for a company that has the rare mix of a fun yet high-paced and professional work environment. Where: 8200 Bluegrass Blvd, Jeffersonville, OH, USA When: Every Tuesday and Wednesday from 10am - 2pm and 7pm - 8pm Skip the phone interview line! Meet the supervisors, see the facility, and have a face-to-face interview with our team! We currently have the following positions available: Night Shift: Sunday - Thursday, Sunday 5pm start and Monday - Thursday 6pm start - $21.50/hr. Night Shift: Sunday - Thursday, Sunday 8:30pm start and Monday - Thursday 9:30pm start until shift completion - $21.50/hr. Starting pay rate up to $21.50/hour increasing to $22.73/hour in 12 months! Material Handlers eligible to participate in a company incentive plan can earn even more money ! Amounts are based on performance, with top performers earning up to about $1.75/hour in incentive pay. What Youll Do Keep Your Edge - Stay on top of your game during your shift by moving efficiently to ensure that life-changing products are shipped quickly and accurately through effective order fulfillment management. Always Learning - We offer on the job training to certify you in driving our power industrial equipment, specialized processes and certify you to operate our advanced automation. What Youll Need Entry level experience Able to walk up to 10 miles throughout the course of a shift (steps vary per shift) Ability to lift 20 to 50lbs repetitively throughout the course of a shift without assistance (weight varies based on product) Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (37 42F) a minimum of 80% of the shift or as needed.
